Refund Policy

We want you to pay for Golf Nuggets only if it's genuinely helping your golf. The core of the Service — search, browse, and play — is free to use, so you can try the real thing before spending anything. This policy covers paid subscriptions.
The short version: cancel anytime, effective at the end of your paid period. If your first purchase isn't what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it — no interrogation.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription-management link in your receipt email (the checkout provider's customer portal) or, where available, from your account in the Service. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund of the current period.
2. First-purchase refunds (14 days)
If this is your first Golf Nuggets purchase and it isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. We may ask what went wrong — that's to make the product better, not a condition of the refund.
3. Renewal charges
Renewal dates are shown at purchase and in your receipts, and a subscription can be cancelled at any moment before renewal. If a renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and, provided you have not used the new paid period — meaning no nugget saved, no collection created, and no teaching moment played during it — we will refund it.
4. How refunds are processed
Purchases are sold and charged by our merchant of record (named on your receipt), so refunds are executed by them to your original payment method. Timing depends on the provider and payment method — typically within 14 days of approval, often faster. Your statutory rights in your country of residence (for example, EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights) are unaffected by this policy; where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
5. How to reach us
Email support@golfnugs.com from the address on your account, with the receipt or order ID if you have it. We respond within 3 business days, usually much faster.
6. Abuse
We honor this policy in good faith and expect the same — repeated purchase-refund cycles or use of refunds to get paid features free may lead us to decline future refunds or close the account.
